These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk15 platform. By registering an account or using any pk15 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk15 ("pk15", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the pk15 platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. pk15 is strictly an 18+ platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to pk15 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account on pk15, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pk15 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method. pk15 does not accept liability for any underage gambling that occurs as a result of misrepresentation by the account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk15 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk15 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
pk15 may request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
pk15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at pk15's discretion. All transactions are processed exclusively in PKR.
Deposits are credited to your pk15 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. pk15 does not charge fees for deposits, however your bank or mobile payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which pk15 accepts no liability. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. pk15 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the pk15 Cashier section of the Platform.
An account that has had no login activity and a positive PKR balance for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pk15 reserves the right to levy an administrative fee on dormant accounts in accordance with the pk15 fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.
All wagers placed on the pk15 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are published within the relevant market page on the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. pk15 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with manifestly incorrect odds.
Cricket betting on pk15, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international T20, ODI, and Test matches, is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or subject to a Duckworth-Lewis revision, pk15 will apply the relevant cricket rules to determine settlement. For live in-play cricket bets, settlement is based on the official match result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. pk15 does not accept liability for delays in result confirmation by governing bodies.
pk15 applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and aggregate winnings per account per day. These limits are detailed in the relevant product sections of the Platform. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit for a given market will be paid at the applicable maximum rather than the calculated payout.
Note: pk15 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are deemed irregular, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that unfairly distorts the integrity of betting markets on the Platform.
All bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers made available on pk15 are subject to individual offer-specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires the Player to hold a verified pk15 account in good standing, to have satisfied any applicable minimum deposit requirement, and to not have previously availed of the same promotion. pk15 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are specified in the individual promotion terms. Games excluded from wagering requirement clearance are listed in the relevant offer terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
pk15 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a single offer, structured wagering intended to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that pk15 determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system.

The pk15 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. pk15 does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes at any time.
Your sole remedy in the event of any dispute with pk15 is to cease using the Platform. In no event shall pk15's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of funds held in your pk15 account wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
pk15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk15 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the pk15 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to pk15's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pk15 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under pk15's operating licence framework.
